ST25 rice is a specialty rice variety from Soc Trang province in Vietnam. It is known for its unique fragrance of pandan leaves blended with the aroma of young rice grains. The rice is renowned for its fragrant, tender, and flavorful qualities, and even when cooled, it remains moist and does not become hard like other ordinary rice varieties. In 2019, ST25 rice received the prestigious title of the World's Best Rice at The World's Best Rice competition held in the Philippines.
